Nothing clever. The estimate is free, so nobody pays to find out what's wrong. The options get explained before the work starts, so nobody is surprised by the invoice. The permits are handled and included, so nobody gets a call from the inspector.
And there's a one-year warranty on the work, free of charge — which mostly matters because it changes how the work gets done in the first place.
