The estimate
We offer free estimates. There's no charge to come out and diagnose — you find out what's wrong before any money changes hands.
Plumbing bills arrive at bad times. Here's exactly how pricing works with us, what's already included, and how to talk to us about spreading a larger job out.
These aren't promotions. They're how we've priced every job since 2022.
We offer free estimates. There's no charge to come out and diagnose — you find out what's wrong before any money changes hands.
Any permits or inspections needed to complete the job are covered in our fees and handled accordingly. No surprise line item, no call from the inspector.
We stand by our products and services 100%, and we provide a 1-year warranty free of charge. It isn't an upsell and it isn't a package tier.
We explain all of your available options so you can choose the scope of work that's right for your home or business — before anyone starts.
Plenty of shops charge a trip fee or a diagnostic fee, then credit it back only if you hire them. That quietly pressures you into saying yes to the first number you hear.
We'd rather come out, tell you what's going on, and let you decide — including deciding it's not urgent, or that it's a smaller repair than you feared, or that you want a second opinion. We'd still rather you knew.

The jobs where financing actually comes up are the ones you didn't plan for.
Before talking about payment, it's worth knowing that a lot of large jobs can be staged. A failing section of drain doesn't always mean the whole run today. A water heater at end of life can sometimes wait a season if it isn't leaking.
We'll tell you honestly which parts are urgent, which parts are coming within a year or two, and which parts are optional — so the number you're deciding about is the real one.
Payment arrangements on larger jobs are worked out directly with Skyler — call the office and ask. It's a normal conversation and it happens more often than you'd think.
Note on this concept page: Langston Plumbing doesn't currently publish financing terms, so nothing here states a lender, rate or term — none were invented. If Skyler works with a financing provider, this is where those options and an apply button would go.
Free estimate, in writing if you want it, with the options explained. Then decide.
