Main water lines
The line from the meter to the house is the one nobody thinks about until the water bill doubles or the pressure drops. We trench, replace and re-tie the main, install proper brass shutoffs where they belong, and put the yard back.

Drains & sewer laterals
Slow drains, recurring backups and the cast iron waste lines under older Santa Rosa and Sebastopol homes. We replace the failing sections in ABS, correct the slope while we're in there, and make sure the cleanouts are somewhere a person can actually reach them.
